the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! the generous variety included many choices. the comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep. the helpful staff listened to any concerns and offered solutions.

The hotel was really near everything I could need. Supermarkets and the main station were a short walk. I enjoyed the wonderful view from my spacious room a lot. I also liked the breakfast offered. It was delicious.

Acceptable, but a few issues
outdated room stained carpet
The location was central, quite convenient.
The carpet was stained, and it was clear it hadn't been deeply cleaned in a long time. The bathroom had issues, and controlling the water in the shower was difficult. the room check revealed many issues that should have been addressed.

the room was spacious enough.
the room service was inconsistent. some days they cleaned adequately, but other days they missed things like dirty cups. the bathroom also had some visible stains. i also found the parking fee quite high at 25 euros per day.

fantastic hotel, totally worth it!
great location clean room amazing view
i really like the location, it was close to the concert hall. the hotel had a great price for what you get. the room was large, clean and you see the cool city skyline. it has an amazing view to be honest, such cool stuff!
i was bit bummed there were no coffee cups in the room. it was disappointing. dinner service was slow, with one person in the kitchen. we waited a while for food and the ketchup came when we were done. bummer

The hotel is right next to the concert arena and shopping places. the underground is steps away and is easy to access. a half decent shopping mall is nearby. Historic downtown is only three subway stops away.

onsite parking is available at a reasonable cost. rooms are well appointed and are very comfortable. there is a swimming pool on site for people to relax and enjoy.

breakfast during a busy trade show is handled efficiently. the staff is really helpful and nice. they offer a very good choice of breakfast items, and they are fresh and cooked well.
